SERVICES PROVIDED: SOMCO operation solutions business offers a range of services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, and energy management, among others. The specific services to be provided shall be set forth in a separate Service Agreement or Work Order between SOMCO and the client.
PAYMENT: Payment for services shall be made in accordance with the terms set forth in the Service Agreement or Work Order. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon by SOMCO and the client.
TERM: The term of the Service Agreement or Work Order shall be set forth in the agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement for cause upon written notice to the other party.
WARRANTIES: SOMCO makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, regarding the services provided, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: SOMCO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.
INDEMNIFICATION: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SOMCO and its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the services.
CONFIDENTIALITY: SOMCO and the client shall maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed by either party in connection with the provision of services under the Service Agreement or Work Order.
FORCE MAJEURE: SOMCO shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the Service Agreement or Work Order due to events beyond its control, including without limitation, acts of God, war, riot, or government regulation.
GOVERNING LAW: The Service Agreement or Work Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Service Agreement or Work Order constitutes the entire agreement between SOMCO and the client with respect to the services to be provided, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations between the parties.
By using SOMCO’s services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
